Bua

Bua is completely free for anyone.

Each course has information on the number of hours of content available. Everything is totally flexible and up to you - if you want to spend 10 minutes every day, or if you want to spend one day and get through the whole course, go for it! We've designed Bua to fit into whatever other commitments and plans you have.

Bua has been designed to be as accessible as possible, so it can be used by anyone. However, we specifically aim to support disabled and neurodiverse people. In the UK, disabled and neurodiverse people have high barriers to employment. Bua lowers these barriers, by offering free, accessible and inclusive training. So if you've done your degree, or spent 20 years in another industry, or if you dropped out of college and don't know what to do next, Bua is for you.

Bua's mission is to support more disabled and neurodiverse talent into salaried work and as part of that, we offer free training. Each facilitator has lived experience and we have created the content in a range of formats and designed it to be as accessible as possible. We know that because of the barriers disabled and neurodiverse people have faced, they are much more likely to be naturally creative problem solvers and lateral thinkers. These are fantastic and in-demand skills for the creative industry.
