Bua provides free training for disabled and neurodiverse people to enter salaried employment.
The training has no sign-up requirements (you just need an email address). All the instructors have lived experience of disability and/or neurodiversity, and all the courses are in accessible formats. Everything is flexible so you can work as fast or slow as you like.
You are needed for the next generation of creativity.
Bua supports disabled and neurodiverse people to: nurture talent, learn new skills, build confidence, and ultimately chart a course to a long and fruitful career in creative.
The barriers placed in front of the disabled and neurodiverse community every day, both literal and figurative, means that a natural sense of creativity and knack for problem-solving aren’t in short supply. Thankfully, more and more companies in the industry have begun to lower those barriers, realising that hiring people with different life experience and ways of thinking will ultimately enrich their culture and output.
With a unique programme built specifically to support disabled and neurodiverse people, Bua is here to help kick-ass talent (that’s you) find meaningful opportunities in the creative industry. Together we can get disabled and neurodiverse people making, creating, and occupying space in the industry.
It costs Bua about £50 for each student enrolment
We offer this for FREE for individuals because this industry needs more talent.
