Who is this course for?

Here at Bua, we don't like to pigeonhole people.

So, we are not including a list of disabilities or neurodiversities that would best suit events and exhibition management. However, if you love working with people and thinking of big, exciting projects and making them happen, then this course could be for you. You can complete this Bua course in one week, get a certificate and have a portfolio to show in interviews. Perhaps more importantly, from this events and exhibition management course you'll learn all of the different parts of events and exhibitions and how to apply your skills practically in a number of jobs.

Jobs to search for after you're finished

  • Events Specialist/Co-ordinator

Typically an in-house role, this would incorporate managing the whole events process, from start to finish. You might also be a vendor (rather than an organiser) for exhibitions.

  • Marketing Assistant

You would likely see this role in an events agency, where you might assist with more specific elements relating to events. In an agency, you would also likely work on lots of projects and clients.

  • Project Manager

This is a more general role that would involve organising lots of different people or teams to get all elements of the event finished on time. At entry-level, a company might employ you and then pay for you to complete some additional project management qualifications.
